The school was at first associated with Quaid-I-Azam College (QAU) for MBBS degree. From 1998 to 2015, the school was associated with Public College of Sciences and Innovation (Pakistan) (NUST). The school is currently a constituent grounds of Public College of Clinical Sciences (NUMS). The acceptance of understudies in Armed force Clinical School is finished by two techniques, one is through Clinical Trainee Course and the other is through NUMS entrance test. NUMS seats are for regular people while just clinical recruits can enlist in Pakistan Armed force.
